ARTÍCULO 969.- (MERMAS A CARGO DEL REMITENTE O DESTINATARIO).
Cuando las mercaderías hubieran sido embarcadas por el propio remitente y descargadas por el destinatario, las empresas estarán también exentas de su responsabilidad, aun en el caso en que la merma sobrepase el porcentaje previsto.
